Traveling Denim by Takayuki Akachi
A beautiful stop-motion video called Traveling Denim by Japanese artist Takayuki Akachi. Shot over a 2 year period, the video shows how a pair of denim jeans fades as the central female character travels around the world. A strange concept, but one that works very well. It is an entirely stop-motion piece, achieved using entirely static photography and supporting audio.
