KeepCup
KeepCup came to Lava early in 2010 wanting a full redevelopment of its online setup. They wanted to give users an interactive and highly custom experience, and enable marketing activities such as promotional codes, and a 'Buddy' system. The 'Design my KeepCup' feature is one of Lava's finest online solutions. The user can alter the colours on a 3D cup instantly similar to NikeID.
The Kids' Bookshop
Key objectives of the project included: clearly positioning The Kid's Bookshop as a specialist quality market leader, providing superior search tools tailored specifically for kids books (gender, age, theme), and build a loyal membership via site subscriptions.
Leonard Joel Auction House
Leonard Joel (LJ) came to Lava wanting a complete overhaul of its online presence. Key objectives were: to provide an online environment that provides a service in line with the physical auction house, achieve 24/7 access to latest news and catalogues, build a loyal membership, and enable online bidding.
Ruyton Girls' School
Lava's design reflects a truly modern website, with a large-format and cascading presentation, and blending between background and foreground elements.
Shane Watson
Shane Watson (SW), Australian cricket Vice Captain, wanted to establish an official website to connect with his fans.
Andi-Co Australia
Andi-Co is the sole distributor and marketer in Australia of world-renowned kitchen, refrigeration and laundry brands Falcon, GE, Hoover and Liebherr.
Geofabrics Australasia
A modern, corporate looking promotional site with great photography. Includes: Blog, extensive product catalogue and online resources to assist existing clients. The Lava CMS & e-News Builder were provided, along with an iPhone App and mobile site.
Melbourne Fire Brigade - KidZone
A series of web-based tools to primary age students, including online games with a custom music soundtrack, and a website with great interactive tools and rich media source materials. These help to educate on the MFB's history and fire safety principles.
Crate Expectations
Lava was engaged to bring the retail store to an online audience. This involved capturing the characteristics of Crate's retail environment and it's offering, and reflecting this through a beautiful, modern web design.
Saison
Lava is helping shape an overall social media and member strategy. This includes a custom Facebook Fanpage - professionally branded and with monthly competitions aimed at increasing followers and Saison's overall online membership.

ANZSOG Institute for Governance
Lava was engaged in 2011 to fully redevelop ANZSIG's website and online tools. The end goal: a dynamic, visually stunning site that clearly positions ANZSIG as a leader in its field, engages and informs users, and builds ANZSIG’s membership.
Kids Promotions
The site acts as the central place for their audience to search for and purchase event tickets. A key to the project was to fold in their existing extensive membership database into a new improved online format, and give this audience tangible benefits to their membership.
RDNS Reflections
Lava, in close consultation with RDNS (Royal District Nursing Service), developed a highly customised, entirely online virtual museum called Reflections. This museum showcases an extensive archive of nurses' stories, interviews, photos and artifacts spanning thirteen decades.
The Realise Group
Lava was engaged to create a new business-to-business web presence for The Realise Group. The key deliverable was a promotional website, heavily geared for SEO, along with a CMS so that The Realise Group can self-maintain their website.
Know Your Home
Know Your Home, a newly established business, came to Lava with a concept for an entirely online home records and information storage system. This system was designed to assist home owners, their family members and friends, and property investors with logging essential details relating to their home property(s).
Elk Accessories
Over the past 5 years, Elk has gone from a start up to one of Australia's most recognisable boutique female brands. In 2010 Elk came to Lava requiring an entirely new site. The brief was ambitious, so we set out to make a flagship online solution.
Toowoomba Grammar School
Toowoomba Grammar School came to Lava seeking a full redevelopment of its main website. Visually, the school wanted to balance its rich history with modern influences.
National Water Commission - Wet Rocks
3 online games, to be used to help educate Year 7 to 9 high school students in the concepts of 'wet rocks' ground water and environment sustainability. The games are great fun, with a custom soundtrack, and online scoreboard to encourage competition.
DEECD iPads for Learning
To showcase the project, the DEECD wanted a public website heavily optimized in its presentation and content to fully leverage the iPad's touch screen.
Michael Malthouse
After joining Twitter earlier in 2010, Malthouse wanted to establish his own site to branch out. "As I reach the end of my 27th year of coaching AFL, I feel it important to have a voice outside of the usual realms," Malthouse writes. "I want to express all of my opinions and views, share some of my knowledge and experience and learn what's important to you, the faithful football supporter."

Shane Warne came to Lava looking for a new site that would match his public profile as a legendary cricketer, and serve as a central place for fans to hear his views on current hot issues, and share his experiences such as playing in IPL.

Quadrant Executive came to Lava seeking a new corporate identify and website. A key aspect of the brief was to clearly reflect Quadrant's positioning as a top-end, specialist provider in executive level recruitment. The client wanted their new brand to evoke the feel of a luxury car, like an Audi S5.

We are absolutely delighted to bring you the Saison re-brand and website. The only niche fragrance distributor of its kind in Australia, Saison remains at the forefront of the international home and personal fragrance industry.
Michael Woods
Australian-born music conductor Michael Woods came to Lava wanting showpiece site, geared for a worldwide audience. Whilst the size and technical specification is relatively straightforward, we saw terrific creative scope for a highly creative aesthetic approach, as well as some fabulous rich media content that reflects Michael in full flight!
PMA Australia-New Zealand
PMA Australia-New Zealand is the first stand-alone global affiliate of Produce Marketing Association (PMA) - the leading global trade association serving the entire produce and floral supply chains. PMA A-NZ came to Lava requiring a new brand and dynamic online presence that gives users with an invaluable 'go-to' resource and place to interact.
SMA (Fairfax Media)
Satellite Music Australia (SMA), part of Fairfax Media, has the largest digital music database in the Southern Hemisphere. They provide audio and video solutions, such as in-store music and video, as well as on-hold messaging with embedded advertising. Lava created a playful cityscape using a collage of photography and vector graphics.
Dental Health Services Vic
The Dental Health Services Victoria (DHSV) project showcases Lava's ability to deliver large scale, content rich, and fully integrated online solutions. DHSV wanted to fundamentally move many of its activities to an online format. Key deliverables included: a public website, e-news, staff intranet, an extranet, and an online consumer enquiry management tool.
The Australian Ballet School
We are delighted to announce the launch of the new Australian Ballet School site. Lava has been working closely with the school for over 3 years, and it's proven a very effective collaboration.
Mazenod College
Mazenod College, one of Melbourne's premier independent secondary Catholic schools, came to Lava wanting a full redevelopment of its online presence. The school took up on our concept of a visual and audio piece to showcase itself.

Lava has been itching to get our hands on a fully Flash site. So we were thrilled when Travis de Clifford, our good friend and one of Melbourne's leading high-end photographers, approached us for a full redevelopment of his web presence.
Australian Synchrotron
Officially opened in July 2007, the Australian Synchrotron is the largest stand-alone piece of scientific infrastructure in the southern hemisphere. Lava beat some of Australia's best web firms to deliver an entirely new online presence for the Australian Synchrotron.

Bureaux
The Bureaux has some of Australia's best business lounge facilities. The Lava team is just so proud of the Bureaux site visual design. The buzz and energy of city life is conveyed through images and movement, and a primarily black and white colour palette with sporadic touches of red and yellow.
Edible Blooms
Lava created a Facebook App(lication) to enable Edible Blooms to really embrace the online social networking space. The App is free to users and they can add it seamlessly to their Facebook page and leverage their Friends list.
Katnook Estate Coonawarra
Katnook Estate Coonawarra, part of the Wingara Wine Group, produces some of Australia's best wines. Lava carried out a full redevelopment of its main website, achieving a visually outstanding piece with an online wine shopping facility.
Cricket Australia
A terrific custom multimedia presentation, bringing to life Cricket Australia's '05 > '09 Strategic Plan. Through design and animation, the client wanted a feature that is integrated within their main site, www.cricket.com.au, to really engage an audience of all ages Australia-wide.
