Stuart Gonsal

gives Lava's services a unique marketing focus, ensuring that our clients receive solutions that deliver on their investment. Whether it be marketing consultancy or development services, Stuart's willingness to immerse himself in your project ensures you'll get a solution that ﬁts. Formerly a Marketing Manager, Stuart sits on Swinburne Uni's Master of Commerce (International Business) Course Advisory Committee.

Development Manager

Brett Stewart

is responsible for the project management of Lava's web & multimedia projects. Brett works in close consultation with both clients and Lava's development team and enjoys carefully guiding them through often complex projects. He brings considerable technical knowledge and has worked in a hands-on role with e-business, e-commerce, content management systems and online application design.

Head Designer

Yuan Wang

directs designs with the creativity and flair that so distinguishes Lava's work. He has coordinated a diverse range of projects, from brand development and custom websites to animation concepts. With an Honours degree in Multimedia Design from Swinburne University in Melbourne, Yuan brings pixel-perfection and immense appeal to Lava's designs and takes pride in the individuality of each.

Senior Web Developer

Andrew Lawton

oversees many of Lava's developments. Andrew has been responsible for the establishment and evolution of Lava's current CMS and e-News products, as well as setting a technical framework for the organisation to work from. He's a highly skilled web programmer, and also has extensive experience developing in Flash. Andrew is often responsible for the training of Lava's clients with CMS and e-News tools.

Web & Multimedia Designer

Theo Robinson

joined Lava in 2008 and immediately became an integral member of our creative team. Our clients benefit greatly, with Theo having terrific design skills, including genuine talent for illustration, street art (ideal for Lava Rox!), as well as extensive experience in print design such as offset printing and large format. You can see an example of one of Theo's large format designs featured in the Lava office foyer.

Web Programmer

George Bosevski

is an experienced web and database programmer, who has built everything from e-business websites with CMS's, to Intranets and entirely online products. This includes self-managed e-learning systems for large corporate clients, and he's even developed his own social networking site! George is an avid Web 2.0 fan, which essentially means he loves to build sites with fluid, often user-driven content.

Multimedia Coordinator

Dale de Silva

gives Lava's clients unique access to some of the best multimedia talent around. He has assembled a versatile team with skills and experience in many applications, including: Macromedia Studio MX, Adobe Premier and Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Logic Audio, 3D Studio Max and DVD Studio Pro. Outside of his contributions to Lava, Dale lectures in Multimedia Design at Swinburne University.

Lava is constantly on the lookout for new talent and people that will be a great fit with our team and ethos. You need to be highly creative, genuinely technically proficient, and very open to collaboration.

So, what are we looking for? People with skills in web design and programming, as well as multimedia including Flash and 3D animators. Via our sister business, Lava Rox, we're also interested in people with broader creative talents including musicians and artists.
