A wash and dry takes approximately 1 hour to complete, plus folding time.
We therefore recommend you start your last wash by 9:50 pm and your last dry by 10:20 pm.
Washing machines are disabled at 10:00 pm.
Doors lock automatically at 11:00 pm sharp

OUR EQUIPMENT
Lava Laundry Lounge has invested in the worlds finest all industrial grade washing machines and dryers to make your visit to Lava efficient and trouble free.
Our premium brand of soft mount chassis equipment spins your clothes at a 350 g-force which results in cleaner clothes (less residual detergent in your fabrics) and less drying time required which saves your fabrics, your time, and your money.

HOW TO PAY
You do not require coins to use our machines, in fact our machines do not accept coins.
All machines accept MasterCard & Visa (debit, credit, or pre-paid).
If required, a receipt can be obtained immediately after payment has been made by pressing the 'receipt' button and scanning the QR code.
A premium grade soap (& softener if required) is dispensed automatically into your wash free of charge, so there is no need to buy or bring your own soap or detergents.

ABOUT US
There are countless ways we could have built a self-service laundry.
We could have done what so many others have done before us. After all, laundromats have existed for generations, and there are thousands of examples showing the familiar way things have always been.
But we kept asking ourselves one simple question...If someone is trusting us with a small part of their day, why shouldn't it be a place that feels welcoming, comfortable and genuinely cared for?
Life is busy. Laundry isn't something most people look forward to. It's simply one of those jobs that has to be done. We felt that if you were going to spend an hour of your life with us once or twice per week, then you deserved more than rows of machines under harsh lights. You deserved a space that is clean, feels calm, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed.
So we started with a blank page.
Every decision, from the layout, finishes, and lighting, to the seating, colours, music, and technology, was made with one person in mind..... You.
Being a self-service laundry we'll probably never have the privilege of meeting you. We may never know your name, your story, or where life is taking you. But every time you walk through our doors, we hope you can feel something that doesn't appear on a balance sheet: genuine care. Because this place wasn't created simply to wash clothes.
It was created to make an ordinary moment feel just a little more pleasant... to give back a little comfort in the middle of a busy day... and to remind you that even the smallest experiences can be thoughtfully crafted.
